DL1961 est une marque de denim haut de gamme qui met l'accent sur la durabilité. Elle utilise du coton biologique ou ses propres tissus tissés à l’interne à partir de déchets de post-consommation (vieux jeans, bouteilles en plastique, etc.). La production d'une paire de jeans nécessite en moyenne 1 500 gallons d'eau. Les jeans DL1961 en consomment moins de 10, et 98 % de l'eau utilisée est recyclée. Toutes ces étapes se passent dans des environnements de travail éthiques.
