If you live outside of Canada or the USA and would like to place an order, please email us. We ship Monday to Friday. Orders are processed one to two business days after they are submitted. Most orders are shipped via Canada Post. To reduce the environmental impact of shipping, JGD uses a local bike courier for deliveries within Montreal.
For both Canada Post and bike courier deliveries, if you are not able to be home on the day of delivery, please ensure that there is a safe and secure spot for packages to be left. JGD cannot be held liable for stolen package. If a safe spot is not available, please consider pickup if you are local, or FlexDelivery, which can be set up via Canada Post.
