The Gil is a cropped summer sweater made in a beautiful delicate knit. The recycled and organic cotton yarns are spun into a lovely striped short sleeved top with a crew neck. It has a boxy cut and falls to just below the waist.

From the seed preparation which is natural and untreated with pesticides, to soil conservation and harvesting, the farming of organic cotton ensures the land and the people working it, are healthier and happier.  Conventional cotton is one of the most chemically insensitive as classified by the Environmental Protection Agency.

Organic cotton is not exposed to the fibre weakening chemicals that conventional cotton endures therefore it should outlast a regular cotton item.
