My order was shipped but it seems to be taking a long time. Why?
Canada Post is the company we are working with for deliveries across Canada. They are unfortunately experiencing higher than usual volumes due to COVID19 as people stay home and purchase online. It is unfortunate but it is the reality. Your masks may take a little longer to arrive.
May I pick up my order at your studio?
As much as we love to see the clients we are serving, at this time we can't allow any pick ups. Our studio is a precious and secure space that needs to stay that way. We do not feel it is the right thing to do for us, for our families and the clients we are making masks for.
May I change my order after submitting it?
You want to change an order that exists, please note it is very difficult to accommodate this request right now due to the large volume of orders and we are very short staffed. We will do our best but we cannot guarantee anything.
How do I know what size I am?
Please refer to the chart we have included on the site. It will give you general measurements to help guide you. If you still have questions, please send them to us and we will try to answer as quickly as possible.
