Please note we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
We hope that the clothing you order pleases you! However, if an article does not suit you, you can exchange the article. In order to return the item, you must contact our customer service here within 10 days of receiving your parcel. In this email, you must inform us why you would like to exchange the item in order to confirm your return. Without this confirmation, no exchange or return is accepted.
The item must not have been worn when returned to us. You must post the parcel within 7 days of receiving the confirmation of your return. It must be shipped in a secure and appropriate package.
The shipping costs are at the client’s expense, except if we erred in shipping the wrong item or a damaged item.
No refund is possible, except for the following cases :
- Item goes out of stock while we process your order.
- Received item has a manufacturing defect we didn’t noticed.
- Any other reason deemed valid by our customer service.
In this case, refund will be applied directly on the credit card used for your order transaction, within 2 to 5 business days.
